Mindfulness Workshop Series: Changing our Relationship to Stress

This mindfulness workshop series is designed for caregivers of young children and provides tools, techniques and resources for self care and stress reduction.

The mindfulness series is hosted by College-Montrose Children’s Place as a part of the virtual Caregiver Drop-in. A weekly virtual meet-up for caregivers to share experiences, learn about community resources & professional development opportunities, discuss child development, health & safety, nutrition, self-care and much more.
The workshop itself will be presented by guest speaker Lorena from Planned Parenthood Toronto! Lorena is a Social and Emotional Learning Facilitator and we are so happy to have Lorena with us and offer her wonderful services to you for free!
